WELL DONE – to everyone! At last night’s Radio Kent Make a Difference Awards, Ray Morris was named with Marden Wildlife as winner of the Environmental category of these awards. We weren’t aware until last night just how many nominations for the awards the BBC had received.
A lot of what Marden Wildlife has achieved has been down to the inspired and targeted leadership that Ray provides to the group, so it was good for him to have his moment in the spotlight. On the other hand, one of the qualities singled out by the judge was the inclusivity of the group.
